Terms and Conditions:

1. All claims are only available for Online Bookings.

2. Booking Reference number is on your air ticket or tour confirmation email. (e.g. 43200 or NBLWLM)

3. For Air ticket or Tour Cash Back Claims, please find the 'Redemption code' on the weekly special page.

4. Once your claim is complete, our operators will process, verify, and refund to your credit card account in 10 working days.

5. The Cash Back offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

6.If you should cancel your booking and request a refund, any cash-back Claimed and paid, will be deducted from any refund due to you.
