We were glad that complimentary bus shuttle was available between the Ferry terminal and the hotel. However, on the way in, the bus was small, and we had problems dragging the luggage up as we boarded the bus. On the way out, the bus stopped some distance from the Terminal, and we had to drag our luggage someway. Also, the driver did not provide assistance with the luggage even though we were clearly having difficulties. Reception was very flexible and helpful, and so were concierge and bell services. We were provided what we asked for inter-connected non-smoking rooms with the right bed configuraiton. The rooms were spacious and clean and well furnished. Location wise, it wasn't in a particularly busy area but was a short walk from the main part of the city.
