Eligibility: |
Any person(s) wanting to make any booking(s) via the China Holidays website must be an adult of at least 18 years of age. Should it become known to China Holidays that this eligibility criteria has not been met, China Holidays reserves the right to release any and all bookings made without notice and impose any fees and charges levied by any hotel in addition to the China Holidays administration fee.

Payment: |
Payment for any accommodation booked on the China Holidays website must be made at the time of booking via your nominated credit card. No other payment arrangements are acceptable. Should your nominated Credit card provider decline payment to China Holidays, your booking(s) will not be finalised.

Change to Bookings: |
If you should need to change any booking(s) made with China Holidays, you will need to contact our Call Centre where we will endeavour to assist you as promptly as possible. However, some bookings at certain times of the year i.e. Trade Fair periods, may not be able to be changed or cancelled and any change(s) requested would be subject to availability at the requested hotel(s) and sufficient time to be able to effect the requested change(s) during normal office working hours. No changes are permitted within two working days of your arrival at any hotel. For this purpose, a working day is considered to be 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday, Australian Eastern Standard Time. Please refer to the individual hotel details for any additional conditions.

Administration Fee: |
An administration fee of A$20.00, NZ$25.00, £10.00, US$15.00, CAD20.00 or SAR140.00 as applicable will be imposed per change per booking by China Holidays on any request for a booking to be amended.

Cancellation Fee: |
Should you require cancelling any reservation made with China Holidays, please contacting our call centre during normal office working hours and we will ensure that your cancellation is effected promptly. There will be a cancellation fee of 5% of the total cost of your reservation for any cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival at your hotel. For cancellations within 72 hours of arrival, please refer to the individual hotel details for any additional charges on top of the 5% fee.
Should you fail to check-in with the hotel for any booking(s) made with China Holidays, no refund will be available. We recommend that you consider Travel Insurance that may cover you in certain circumstances.

On Arrival at Your Hotel: |
Whilst your accommodation will have been prepaid to the hotel(s) you are staying at, the hotel(s) will require that you provide a credit card imprint at the time of check-in to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay. Should you be unable to provide this facility the hotel(s) may require a cash deposit in lieu and may limit any charging facilities within the hotel. This is a standard procedure at hotels all over the world.

Law of Contract: |
The booking conditions as set out form the basis of the contract between “The Company” and “The Passenger”. This contract is governed in all respects by the laws of the State of New South Wales and any legal action arising from within the conditions of the contract shall only be litigated in the appropriate court having jurisdiction in this state.

Complaints: |
Should you encounter any problem with any booking made with China Holidays please contact our 24hour English Speaking hotline. We will endeavour to assist and rectify any problem on the spot. Should we be unable to rectify any problem, any claim or complaint by the client must be notified to the Company in writing within 28days of the return to the Country of origin.
