I'm totally disastified with this Hotel. I would NOT recommend this Hotel to anyone. The staff were very rude. Since they could NOT speak english at all, our requests were all ignored to the point that they rudely hang up all our calls. The receptionist (male senior) was extremely unfriendly with us. He screamt at us whenever we approached to query & then abruptely ignored us. We could not make IDD or mobile calls from our room. All services advertised in your website are not available to tourists - Internet/ money exchange/ Tours....etc. We are all extremely disappointed with this sort of behaviour.
